As a Executive Director at GTL Management, I am passionate about identifying top talent, developing future leaders, and building high-performing teams. I lead our recruiting efforts from initial interviews through onboarding while mentoring individuals to reach their full potential. My focus is creating a culture centered on growth, accountability, professionalism, and leadership. I believe great organizations are built by investing in people, and I am committed to helping every team member achieve both personal and professional success.
